Yippi! Have finally chosen our wedding door gifts, cards and decor with Juliana, the sales & banquet manager, from Gallery Hotel. She has been very patience with us and of great help!

Our draps color theme for the night.. Chosen Lilac Chiflon and Gold Organza. Hope it turns out nice..

Our door gifts.. yet to decide on the quantity thou..
I find them cute and useful.. It still somehow retains abit of chinaaaa feel la..

Cant post the pic of my wedding card cos the bluetooth attached to my pc spoil liao.. will update it later..

Have to finalise my guestlist very soon.. hoping to send out the cards before chinese lunar 7th month. Its a small private affair so hope it turns out good.

It was not suppose to look like this.. its kind of different from wat we have design it to be.

But the carpenter measure the rod wrongly.. so it was left half-done.

The carpenter auto-declare another problem with my false ceiling.
The door at my HHS tic tag door if fully open, it will hit the false ceiling by alittle cos the false ceiling seh-eh liao.. hmm.. not too sure if long term can tahan or not..
Tsk tsk.. i wonder wat can be done to rectify this..

@ The Kitchen ...

The carpenters were kind enuf to cover this for us after Jef told them abt his concerns..

More stuffs done today!!

@ The Foyer ...

Our mini-settee is up!! It probably shows that we have small butts.. hee..

Notice a slight defect at the shoe cabinet door..
Before Jef could clarify, the carpenter auto explained tat it is seh-eh cos our wall is not straight.
He had done his best to made it look at its best le.. thumbs up for his gd initative!!

Fixing up our XL size glass panel with hydrolic system.
The XL glass panel overweight liao.. they have to get the factory to special made one hydrolic..
The carpenters are strugglin with it..
hmm.. i wonder if the one kneeling down smells anything funni...

Jef's breakfast foldable table. his fav place for a sip of coffee..
The wood is super heavy.. hope it can tahan..

Jef tot tat the person who fix the glass door was not skillful enuf, tot he fix the wrong area and refix again.. but after checking with the person, realise this is the original door knob.. they just shifted its position tats all! oops.. paiseh le..

Our Severus mattress was delivered too!
The delivery man wores the tee-shirt for max-coil and even its warrenty card states max-coil..
Hmm.. so somehow we have clear the doubts abt the mattress le ba?

Finally.. our long awaited carpentry work had started! Carpentry is one of the impt part in reno.. so we r alittle worry abt it..


Day 1 of carpentry ..

@ Kitchen :

The cabinets are slowly taking their positions..

The pipes looks abit unsightly.. hmm..
The carpenter says will do a cover for us.

Kitchen cabinets are almost done by done by day 1!
Missing the glass panels, Hook & HoB, basins..

@ our MBR ..

Platform forming up.. Its done by end of the day..
The two big empty place looks like u knw u knw.. ahem*
Suppose to act as storage space..
Will get them to add some wood to make it look less erm.. ya..

@ Foyer ..

And.. Jef have finally figured that this piece of wood is actually our mini-settee.
This mini-settee seems small but can take our butt size le..
